What language are the experiences held in?
All experiences are held in English.
Do you cater to dietary requirements such as gluten-free, celiac, or vegan?
Yes! We cater to gluten free, celiac and vegans! Just let us know upon booking.
Is there an elevator at the venue?
An elevator is available from the second floor to the rooftop. Please note that upon entering the building, there are four flights of stairs to reach the elevator.
What happens if it rains?
Rain won’t spoil the experience. We’re indoors, surrounded by windows, so you can still take in the view and enjoy every moment.
What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to help reschedule your experience, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
